• Yoga/Pilates For the Busy Woman – This workshop will include a series of movements that tone
your abs, stretch your muscles and leave you feeling relaxed. You will be able to complete the
series in less than 20 minutes a day! We will begin with 6 pilates movements, followed by yoga
and ending with relaxation. You will be given a handout of the movements at the end of the

• Identifying Herbs and Their Medicinal Properties - Learn how to identify, harvest, and store
herbs to maintain optimum health benefits. This will also be a complimentary, but not required,
